Created by a repairer for repairers, The Crash App is a flexible and user-friendly way to encourage customer loyalty.
Cos Condo in SA originally designed this phone app for his own business, as it was so successful he has decided to offer it, as a tailored product, to other crash repair shops.
The app, which is free for customers to download, allows clients to complete the required information at the time of the accident and, importantly, attach vehicle images and submit these to your crash repair shop anytime.
If the customer has taken clear images you'll be able to give them a quote over the phone without them having to bring the car in, a very appealling proposition to the time-contstrained.
There are six navigation screens for personal information, vehicle information, insurance information, uploading images and a page for frequently asked questions that shops can personalise to suit their area and clientele. All information is sent to a designated email nominated by the repairer, including images, and allows the estimator to compile a quote based on the images.
The Crash App allows shops to offer services outside of standard trading hours which minimising customer inconvenience. It is available for free on iTunes and the Google Play Store for both iPhone and Android.
