I get the segway - just, but Cocoa motors have invented the Walk Car and the question is why?
The ‘Walk car’ is a lithium battery-powered transporter which is a laptop-sized personal vehicle that weighs less than seven pounds and can be carried around anywhere easily and so they describe it as a ‘car in a bag’.
It reaches top speeds of 10 km/h (6.2 miles per hour), for distances of up to 12 kilometers (7.4 miles) after three hours of charging. Yes, ever so slightly faster than walking and slower than a skateboard and with none of those silly health benefits associated with walking.
Shipping is expected to begin by spring 2016 and you too could spoil a good walk for a snip at $800US (approx $1135AUD).
