We've noticed some amazing 'bosses' over the years who really go the extra mile to make their staff feel valued, safe, cared for and create an amazing place to work.
Last year was the inaugural Best Workplace Award and boy did the winners set a high standard.
Entry is via the awards portal. Either the nominated business or the nominator must give detailed reasons why they should win this award.
Finalists will be selected and a winner will be selected by an expert panel of judges. The winner will be announced at a glittering awards gala dinner in Melbourne on 11 November.
The finalists will be announced online and in the September issue of the magazine, the winner will be profiled in the November issue of the magazine.
