Capital S.M.A.R.T is the latest sponsor of the 2018 Paint & Panel Bodyshop awards. The group is sponsoring the inaugural Outstanding Mentor award, as bringing on the next generation of repairers is something S.M.A.R.T is both passionate and proactive about. There will be a story about the group's fast track apprentice program in the next issue of Paint & Panel.
The award is aimed at recognising those who support and develop youngsters in our industry and to encourage others to do the same.

What are we looking for?
You can click here to nominate an outstanding mentor from your business.
We will be sending nominees or nominators a link to a Survey Monkey form to detail why the individual should be considered for the award. We will want you to tell us what level of onsite training is available, how apprentices are encouraged, and what other learning support is given.
Capital S.M.A.R.T mentors will not be eligible for nomination this year.
