What we love about this award is that anyone can win and we have no idea what to expect each year. What we do know i that there are some amazing innovators and entrepreneurs on our industry. We're looking for someone who really thinks outside the box. It might be the way that staff are incentivised, processes used, marketing programmes to name a couple of examples – the judges are ready to be dazzled. Two of our winners have developed programmes to benefit other business but we are open to any kind of innovative process or initiative.
