We need to encourage as many youngsters as possible to feel valued and stay in the industry. So please step up and nominate a promising youngster who is 21 years old or under (on 12 November 2021) who works in your shop.

- Must work in a bodyshop but doesn't have to be on the tools (could be in parts, detailing, admin etc)
- Have a love of learning
- The right attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Is a team player
- Has achieved something that can be recognised
What do they win?
They will be flown (where appropriate) to the glittering awards presentation dinner in Melbourne on 12 November where they will be presented with a trophy. They will also be profiled in Paint & Panel magazine.
