Standox recently launched its new Standolink mobile app for iOS and Android devices. This new app allows users to access crucial information in a quick and effective way, straight from their device. Product information, technical and safety data sheets and best practice training videos for are all available from within the app.
The innovative Standolink app is a great asset which provides a modern, easy-to-use digital experience for Standox customers in Australia and New Zealand. It is divided into topics and resources, designed in a way to allow bodyshops to access essential information efficiently and easily. Topics include data sheets, colour retrieval, recent news and a distributor locator.
Two noteworthy features are the barcode scanner and humidity indicator in the weather section. The barcode scanner allows easy access to technical data sheets. The app is used in conjunction with the device’s camera, allowing the user to scan the product barcode on the side of the can to retrieve application data such as mixing ratios, spray gun settings and number of coats required. The humidity indicator feature provides a useful addition to the app, giving users the ability to check local humidity and adapt paint application to the specific humidity conditions.
The Standolink mobile app is now available for free in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
