The Wielander & Schill German manufactured Express 800 Rivet Gun is suitable for all passenger vehicles where riveting is required. Incorporating new cutting edge technology, this innovative riveting system uses double drive pressure regulation to satisfy every riveting requirement including self-piercing rivets; blind rivets, blind rivet nuts; flow form rivets and clinching.
The Express 800 can also be used for pressing out existing rivets or for fixing any type of rivet, blind rivet screw nuts and also it can be adapted to supply special solutions according to the customer’s specifications.
Thanks to the modular concept of this pneumatic-hydraulic riveting system, this tool system can be adapted at any time to suit the specific needs of any (car) concept or customer’s demands.
