Holden Aftersales has announced a new procedure for sectioning the front compartment of the VE Commodore.
Following feedback from the repair industry, Holden has developed a new procedure for the sectioning of the front compartment side rail forward of the strut tower in order to provide an easier option for repairing damage at the very front of the rail on the VE Commodore.
This means that there are now 2 sectioning procedures for the front compartment side rail (Part Numbers: RHS - 92194473 and LHS - 92194474)
- Front Compartment Side Rail Sectioning (At Strut Tower)
- Front Compartment Side Rail Sectioning (Forward of Strut Tower)
These procedures apply to the following vehicles:

Please note that there is currently no Holden approved procedure for the replacement of the complete front compartment rail.
