The LKQ Group continues its worldwide expansion with the acquisition of five Netherlands-based companies.
The companies acquired were Rijsbergen Holding B.V., Pala Holding B.V., Primaparts Automaterialen B.V., BOAC Automotive B.V. and VEAM B.V. All five companies were customers and distributors for LKQ's Netherlands subsidiary, Sator Holding B.V.
LKQ has previously estimated the combined annual revenue of all five companies to be approximately $180 million.
“These acquisitions further strengthen our distribution network in the Netherlands and demonstrate LKQ's commitment to our European strategy,” said President and CEO Robert L. Wagman.
The terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
